Rated voltage | 252-1100kV |
Series | RN |
The insulation torsion bar for 252-1100kV GIS isolation switch is the core transmission component in ultra-high voltage gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear (GIS). Its technical characteristics and engineering application points are as follows:
1、 Core performance requirements
Electrical insulation performance
It needs to withstand a power frequency voltage of 252-1100kV (such as passing a 1.1 × 1100kV/5-minute power frequency withstand voltage test for 1100kV GIS) and lightning impulse voltage (1.1 × 2400kV)
Partial discharge capacity should be ≤ 1.5pC (under 1.2 × 635kV conditions) to ensure long-term operational stability
Mechanical performance
Tensile strength ≥ 300kN, mechanical life ≥ 10000 opening and closing operations, suitable for high impact loads (such as 40kA short-circuit current breaking)
The dynamic response frequency should cover 0-600Hz to avoid resonance risk
2、 Breakthrough in Materials and Craftsmanship
Key materials
Epoxy glass cloth tube: made by vacuum impregnation process, with high mechanical strength, suitable for 1100kV GIS DS unit
Aramid fiber-reinforced composite materials: improving lightweight and fatigue resistance, solving the problem of unstable tensile strength values in ultra-high voltage insulation torsion bars
Process innovation
Vacuum dipping process: Overcoming the technical difficulties of forming ultra-high voltage insulation rods, achieving a dense and defect free internal structure
Threadless bonding technology: avoids stress concentration caused by threaded structures and improves reliability
Standard basis
Compliant with GB/T 11022-2020 and IEC 60694 standards, meeting the long-term operation requirements of ultra-high voltage equipment
